Correct Suit Sizing
It is the customer’s responsibility to correctly measure the wearer, and to check the manufacturer’s size guide, provided on the custom.delfina.bg website. Customer Services are available to give advice on sizing, but they cannot see the person, or how the measurements are taken, so custom.delfina.bg does not bear any responsibility for the product being the incorrect size.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you a confirmation of shipment. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
ORDERS RECEIVED AFTER 2 PM WILL BE DISPATCHED ON THE NEXT WORKING DAY.
We accept payments made via Paypal. We charge for all items as soon as your order is accepted.
All prices listed on skilldash.eu are inclusive of VAT at the current rate where applicable.
The products are shipped out from a warehouse based in Bulgaria, EU. Orders sent to an address outside the EU could be subject to local taxes and duties upon arrival in your country, which is levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer or the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict the charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you will need to contact your local customs office if you require further information.

If the item is faulty then you will receive a refund and compensation for your postage (standard parcel charge costs only ).
Faulty and lost items
Once an item has been deemed faulty or lost as per our policies, the refund will be sent to our accountant’s team to be processed back to the customer within 48 hours.
All returned goods must be returned in their original packaging with all tags in place.
Refunds Returned items
We process refunds for returned items within 3 days from when they arrive back at us.

Delfina OOD does not disclose buyers information to third parties other than when order details are processed through one of the secure payment gateways. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
